Pure Aloe Vera juice from the plant is a light green to golden colour. Products that are completely clear or bright green/blue in colour, indicate they are a reconstituted product, not straight from the plant. If they are green or blue etc, then colouring has been added.

The 1% within Plunkett's Aloe Vera is made up of Allantoin (naturally found in Comfrey Root), known for its skin restoring qualities, plus a small amount of multiple preservatives at a very low percentage to reduce any irritation. Preservatives are used to hold shelf life and to ensure efficacy of ingredients and no decomposition or contamination occurs.
